ORA-20002 Error When Deleting Service Contracts in Entered Status

Symptoms
When attempting to delete a service contract in entered status,the following error occurs.
Error:
ORA-20002: 3100: Item 'OKSKPRCS/<item id>' does not exist. in Package OKS_WF_K_PROCESS_PVT Procedure clean_wf (1/2)
Program Error: An unexpected error was encountered.
Error Code - &ERROR_CODE
Error message - &ERROR_MESSAGE
Action: Contact your system administrator. (SQLcode=0)(SQLerm=Error while deleting OKS Header) (2/2)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to (R) Service Contracts Manager (N) Launchpad
- Query a contract in entered status
2. Right click on the search results and select Open from the pop-up menu
3. When the contract is opened, click in the header and then go to the menu bar and select Actions > Delete contract
- receive the above error.
