E-Business Tax Issue: Canadian Tax Groups Do Not Calculate Tax After Upgrade (Doc ID 1515315.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade, Canadian tax groups do not calculate tax. 
However, if individual taxes are entered in at the line level (which is part of the tax group) these calculate tax.
