On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OE_ORDER_LINES_HISTORY.HIST_TYPE_CODE showed 'UPDATE'. However, LATEST_CANCELLED_QUANTITY column populated as 500, and cancel reason has been populated as well.

and open_flag of corresponding canceled sales order line is not 'N'

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
hist_type_code should show Cancellation

and open_flag of canceled sales order line should be 'N'
