In the Contact Center, Service Request Tab, when attempting to create a Service Request using a Serial Number the following error occurs.
FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item control.mfg_org_id
ORA-00904: "CP"."SERIAL_NUMBER": invalid identifier
FRM-40502: ORACLE error: unable to read list of values.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Contact Center > Service Request tab
2. New > Enter serial number
=> Error appears.
