View EBS Quote not working from CRM On Demand

When clicking on the view EBS Quote link from CRM On Demand, we receive an error when trying to log in to EBS to view the quote. We have confirmed this is NOT an issue on the CRM On Demand side as we have tried to use the URL with unique quote ID outside of CRM and get the same error.

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.
