Symptoms

Field screenset for IE_SHIPMENTSTATUS is not working and after an object is edited saved and re-edited the public screen is used and not the one specified in the field screenset.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1 - Setup:
Configuration and Administration -> User Configuration -> Query on manager layout screen
Query for IE_SHIPMENTSTATUS

2 - Copy public manager layout IE_SHIPMENTSTATUS - <manager_layout_id>
On the copied layout – remove the location ID field and save

3 - Query on screenset screen
Query for IE_SHIPMENTSTATUS
Copy public screenset IE_SHIPMENTSTATUS – <manager_layout_id>
On the copy version – assign the new manager layout to the screenset for ‘new’ and ‘edit’ on the general tab

4 - Go to the Manage User Access screen
Select user access type: field screen set
Select User: admin
Click on edit user access

5 - Populate:
Query Id: IE_SHIPMENTSTATUS
Screenset: <manager_layout_id>
Save/finished

6 - Log out and back in

7 - Query on a shipment.
Select action -> Shipment Management -> event -> add tracking event
Notice that the location id field is not there (so this is the correct custom screen)
Populate the required field with some data and save.

8 - From the resulting screen at the end of step 7, click on the edit button.
Notice that the location field is now there, this is not the custom screen.
