Error While Creating Locked Price List For Usage Contract Line FRM-40815: Variable GLOBAL.LOCKED_LIST_LINE_ID does not exist.

On : 12.1.3 version, Pricing Integration

When attempting to save the usage contract after locking the price breaks, the following error occurs.

FRM-40815: Variable GLOBAL.LOCKED_LIST_LINE_ID does not exist.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Service Contract Manager
2. (N) Launch Contracts
3. Open a usage contract and navigate to Lines--> Pricing/Products tab.
4. Click on the Price Breaks button and then click on the Lock button.
5. The Price List form popup with no information. (All the fields in this form are blank).
6. If you click save, the error message appear.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the price break lock functionality.
