Modifying Service Contract Line Dates Does not Update the Invoice Text (Doc ID 1517017.1)

Symptoms

Find that modifying service contract line dates does not update the Invoice Text

The invoice text are never updated respectively.

Expected Behavior:
Expect the Contract Dates to be changed when the line effectivity is changed to reflect on the Invoice Text string

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a contract
2. Create a line with specific effectivity dates.
3. The invoice Text is created with Effectivity similar to the line effectivity dates.
4. Change the effectivity dates on the line. Save.
5. The Invoice Text is not Updated for the line.
