Modifying Service Contract Line Dates Does not Update the Invoice Text (Doc ID 1517017.1)

Symptoms

Find that modifying the Line or Subline effectivity dates does not update the Invoice Text values on Service Contracts.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a Service Contract.
2. Create a line with specific effectivity dates.
3. The Invoice Text is created with the Effectivity of the Line effectivity dates.
4. Change the effectivity dates on the Line.
5. Save your changes.
6. Note that the Invoice Text is not updated with the new effectivity dates.
