Symptoms
IEX: Send Dunning to Delinquent Customers creates Dunning Letters and spawns the IEX: Bulk XML Delivery process. The output from the concurrent process shows that 10 letters are correctly created. However, when this output prints, it actually prints each letter multiple times. This only occurs when Send Copy is used.
Letter 1 Letter 2 Letter 1,2 Letter 1,2,3 and so on.
