Symptoms

On Test: 12.1.3 version, Order Tracker

When attempting to initiate a return,
the following error occurs.

Ship-To address for this customer is not valid. please register a valid ship-to address.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as B2B
2. Order Tracker
3. Query Order to return
4. Select return reason and qty; and press Next > Error
5. Bounce oacore
6. Select return reason and qty; and press Next > can process return successfully

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process returns sometimes
