When attempting to perform PO receipt for Lot controlled item , the following error occurs when trying to enter a value for the Lot Attributes , Country Of Origin field

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log on to Mobile Device (Responsibility > XX-XX-Receiving-OPER
2. Navigate: Inbound > Receive > PO and Enter PO number
3. Enter line number and navigate to LPN field
4. Using generate a new LPN number
5. Enter quantity
6. Using generate a new lot number and hit
7. Lot Attributes form is opened. Country of Origin is one of the lot attributes enabled. select/update country of origin field and you will receive the error

This started to happen after applying Patch 10111967 (INV RUP 23)
