Unable To Sort Case Folder Results In Credit Management (Doc ID 1517353.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 19, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Credit Management - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
The version is 120.29.12010000.4.

Unable to default sort by application date in Case Folder Advance Search.

The case folder number is a VARCHAR field so when attempting to sort, it is not sorting properly.

In Case Folder Advance Search, there are four (4) parameters:
1. Account Number
2. Credit Analyst
3. Folder Status
4. Source Reference Number

The result set is not sorting with latest case folder at first by default.
If the application date is clicked for sorting only, then it sorts correctly.

The personalization of OCM date to sortable was changed to descending.
