Need the ability for the Shipping Information entered at the Order header and Lines to cascade correctly to Shipping (Doc ID 1517418.1)

The Issue is as follows
The Shipping Information entered at the Order Header is not Cascading to Shipping

Enter a sales Order, and under the Others Tab on the Sales Order Header Section of the Sales order Form, you can see that there is an entry for the fields FOB, Shipping Method and Freight Terms -- Information is also seen on the Order lines. Book, Pick and then Complete the Shipping process, however the information that is entered in the fields mentioned above does not cascade to the Shipping Module.

This Information is needed on the Packing Slip, they only way they see this information an the Packing Slip is to manually enter this Information at Shipping within the Shipping Transaction Form, then complete the Shipping process.

Additionally if the look at the Deliveries From within the Shipping Transaction you can clearly see that the information for the fields FOB, Shipping Method and Freight Termsis  missing, meaning it did not cascade. There is understanding that they there is the ability to overide Information, however,  need the information entered at the Order header and lines for Shipping to cascade without manually entering that information that were already entered.
