Symptoms

On 12.1.3 version, Core HR - General

Since applying patches

and trying to open the Life Event Reasons form, the following error occurs.

Invalid argument to HR_form.define: p_blockname = 'LEE'
HR_FORM procedure raised unhandled exception (define)
FRM-40735 PRE-FORM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-20002

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open the Life Event Reasons form

Changes

 Applied patches;
• R12.HR_PF.B.delta.5 (13418800) which is R12.HR_PF.B.delta.5 (13418800) - latest HRMS RUP5
• 14847920:R12.PAY.B- RTI : REAL TIME INFORMATION CHANGES 2012 - 2013 : CONSOLIDATED PATCH
• 14737182 - RTI : FPS/RECONCILIATION REPORT ISSUES (it maybe that this is wrapped in the patch above)
