Symptoms

A time field is entered with a date on Daylight Savings day (e.g. Order Release Early Pickup Date was set to 11/4 00:00). This is stored in UTC in the DB (which is correct set). When using the UTC.GET_LOCAL_DATE function, the incorrect value is being returned and is one hour off.
