Warehouse Control Board Not Displaying All Cycle Count Tasks (Doc ID 1517881.1)

Symptoms

The WMS control board is not showing all cycle count tasks even cycle count entry form showing task based on different lots/LPNs/ Serial

Steps To Reproduce

1. Generated cycle count requests.

2. Cycle count entries created Item/Subinventory/locator combination.

3. Cycle count is queried on the WCB (for pending and queued tasks), only one task is shown as pending and when that task is queued to a user and record saved. Now requery the WCB with the same conditions showing two records, one task is queued and one new record which is in pending status.
