On : 12.1.3 version
With Encumbrance Cash Accounting :
When attempting to account payments,
the following error occurs in the Create Accounting output file.

Message_Number : 95335
Encoded_Msg : An encumbrance type is required for encumbrance journal entries. Please provide an encumbrance type for the subledger journal entry.
Message_Number : 0
Encoded_Msg : This line cannot be accounted until the accounting event that it references has been fully accounted. Please ensure the accounting events for the transaction with the following identifiers for the application Payables have been accounted: invoice_id: xxxx
