Item Validation Resulted In Error When Changing Ship To Address In A Sales Order (Doc ID 1518086.1)

When attempting to change the Ship To on order line level,
the following error occurs.

Item Validation Resulted in error(s).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter A Sales Order with Ship To, (Example "XYZ Corp").
2. Enter some Sales Order Lines where Ship To defaults from header
3. Later try to change the Ship To of any line from "XYZ Corp" to "XYZ Corp 1"

If they change the Ship To at Order Header level they do NOT encounter this issue.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot continue to progress the order with the correct Ship To.
