Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form

When attempting to navigate to the tasks tab in the service request form the following error occurs.

Error

Error = ORA-00904 : "SPARES_ALLOWED_FLAG" : invalid identifier
FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-RECORD-INSTANCE trigger raised un-handled exception ORA-00904


Steps to Replicate

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Responsibility: Oracle Service
  2. Navigation: Service Requests > Create Service request
  3. Open a service request in the service request form.
  4. Query for an SR and Go to the tasks tab.
  5. The error is displayed.
