W2 Register not picking up the Balance Adjustments for Box1.
The balance adjustments are missing from:
- Tax Balance Summary screen
- View Tax Balance screen
- W2 Register and Employee W2 PDF
- Federal/State Tax Remittance Report
- Unacceptable Tax Balance Report
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
These are Stock Transactions that we entered through Adjust Tax Balance Form and also there are other adjustments for Imputed Earnings.
We are having issues with only Box1.
Current Amount = 174484.35
Expected Amount = 200674.25
Difference = 26189.9 (For this employee this is exactly equal to Balance Adjustment we did for Stocks during the Year)
The changes we did after that are 2012 Year End Phase II and We enabled Enhanced+Wage Accumulation for 2013.
Enabled the profile option "PAY:Use Direct Balances for US Federal Taxes"
