MFS Laptop: Cannot Create Part Requirements With Customer/Special Ship To Addresses (Doc ID 1518366.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On Mobile Field Service Laptop application, it is not possible to create part requirements/part orders with 'Customer' or 'Special' Ship To Address.
Only 'Technician' address type is available.

STEPS
--------
1. Log into MFS Laptop.
2. Open a Task.
3. Go to Parts Tab.
4. Create Part Requirement.
