Where Can We Find the Internal Concurrent Manager log files?

The following error message was encountered:
"This request did not finish due to an unrecoverable error, and the concurrent manager that was running this request is no longer active.
The Internal Concurrent Manager will mark this request as having completed with an error. Please refer to the concurrent manager or the Internal Concurrent Manager log files for the cause of the error."
This error says that user should refer to the Internal concurrent Manager log files. How can these log files be retrieved?
