Symptoms

When running PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project, revenue is created with a source = Dummy.

Cannot close Projects due to the following exception in the Transaction Exception Details report output:
Exception Reason : Revenue not transferred to GL

All of the records listed have zero dollar amounts associated with them.

These draft revenue lines are also not visible in the Revenue Summary (PAXRVRVW) form.
