Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Enterprise Asset Management > Material Transactions
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Get the following error in the one step material issue page :
ERROR

1. Material could not be issued.Please examine the errors for each individual line.
2. Row 1 Error - ORA-01403: no data found in Package eam_operations_jsp Procedure insert_into_wro
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------
Expect that the above errors do not occur and the material is issued.
WHAT IS WORKING
---------------------------
Nothing is working for this issue.
STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation : Maintenance Super User > Stores > One Step Material Issue
2. Try to issue material and save.
3. Get the above error.
