Save Icon Disabled In Ebusiness Center Form Creating Service Requests (Doc ID 1518802.1)

Symptoms

In 12.1.3, not able to save service request from Ebusiness center, no error, Save icon is disabled.


Steps To Reproduce

Telesales Agent responsibility
Click ebusiness Center form
Query a Person record.
Go to Service Request TAB
enter SR details.
But can't save - as save Icon is disabled
