Symptoms
OPM Financials - Material Cost Component Form gives error:
OPM Financials-->Setup-->Actual Costs-->Material Cost Component
Unable to choose the Item Cost Category or the Item from the list of values and then assign the same to a Component Class Code
Form - CMMCCED.fmx
Form version - 12.0.14.12010000.2
When entering the form the following error message is encountered:
FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403
