Service Request Numbers Are Not Displayed After Save A New SR (Doc ID 1519270.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Tab

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Contact Center Service Requests tab, after enter all the mandatory information and save, no SR number is provided.
Querying the CS_INCIDENTS_ALL_B table it seems that the SR is created but no SR number is provided in the forms UI

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the SR number to be provided

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Contact Center
2. Query customer and go to Service Requests tab
3. Enter all the mandatory data and save
4. No Request number is provided
