OEXOEORD form 안의 email 조회시 error - FRM-40212: Invalid value for SOLD_TO_EMAIL_ADDRESS (Doc ID 1519367.1)

Symptoms



이전 system으로부터 ‘Customer’ number를 AR의 ‘Customer’ email field에 추가하였습니다.

그래서 user는 sales order form 안의 ‘email’ field의 LOV를 조회함으로써 즉 ‘old customer number’를 이용하여 customer를 찾을 수 있습니다.

하지만 user가 sales order form 안의 ‘email’을 조회 시 error가 발생하게 됩니다:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility로 login 합니다.
2. Orders, Returns> Sales Orders를 open 합니다.
3. ‘email’ field 안의 LOV를 click 합니다.
4. Error: FRM-40212: Invalid value for SOLD_TO_EMAIL_ADDRESS가 발생합니다.
