On : 12.1.2 version, Purchase Order Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Revision created for a Blanket Release and when tracked from PO change History results with NO Data.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected to trace the changes using PO Change History

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Login into Purchasing
2.Purchase order revision history
3.search by operating unit
4.PO Number XXXXX
5.release number XX
6.PO Compare result
7.Compare to original PO and compare to previuos PO shows no data
