Customers Workbench: Customer Classification Not Seen After Adding Values To Lookup CUSTOMER CLASS (Doc ID 1520210.1)

After adding values to the receivables lookup CUSTOMER CLASS in 12.1.3, and running the Refresh of Classification Denormalization with all blank parameters the values are not seen in Receivables under customer classification

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables
Navigation:  Setup > Receivables > Quick Code

The LOV is pulling from  hz_cust_accounts.customer_class_code

Below is the log file from the program.
