Upgrade To R12 Doesn't Populate GL_SL_LINK_ID In Table GL_IMPORT_REFERENCES For Assets (Doc ID 1520409.1)

Last updated on MAY 05, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Assets - Version 12.1.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

When the SLA process runs during the upgrade, it fails to update the historical import references with the new SL link id and table.

This makes it impossible to connect the pre-migration Fixed Assets transactions with their sub-ledger details, such as Asset Number and Asset Description.
