When a repair order is put in a hold state (Repair Order status set to a value that is a hold state).
The repair order can be updated in the material section of the technician portal..
However, other values in the repair order cannot be updated.

The expectation is that the repair order cannot be updated at all while it is in a HOLD state.
Users should not be able to add or delete materials to the repair order.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a repair order
2. Set repair order status to a HOLD state
3. Access the Repair manager portal
4.Search for repair order
5. Select Repair Execution tab
6. User can delete records in the Material section
