Error When Running TxkSetPlugin.sh To upgrade JRE in E business suite 12.1.3

Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, IAS for Applications Technology, In multinode environment running txkSetPlugin.sh to upgrade JRE to 1.6_0.37 for ebs 12.1.3 fails on one node with below error. It runs successfully on other node.
