Unable To View Strategy After Changing it Manually, Checking IEX_STRATEGIES Shows it Exists (Doc ID 1520719.1)

Symptoms

When you change the original strategy assigned to a customer using the Change Strategy Button, after the changes are saved, the Strategy can no longer be queried.

Reviewing the database however shows that the new Strategy exists as expected in IEX_STRATEGIES.
