Assign Territory Access Fails After Have Created Custom Matching Attributes

On : 12.1.3 version,

After have created custom matching attribute , for Sales using the account transaction, and added it to a Territory setup, the 'Assign Territory Access' for New & Total mode fails Oracle Sales Administrator -> Concurrent Requests -> Run, it ends in error.

No active transaction sql in jty_trans_usg_pgm_sql corresponding to usage : -1001 transaction : -1002 program name : SALES/ACCOUNT PROGRAM

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Created and added custom attribute, for Sales usage, following instructions in Oracle Territory Manager Implementation guide, section 'A Creating Custom Matching Attributesattribute'.

2. The attribute could be assigned to a Territory , via the Territory admin UI  .


3. Ran the STAR program successfully.

4. Ran the 'Assign Territory Access' for Total or  New mode, got the error.
