Unable To Perform Transact Move Order For Items With LPN Error "Negative Balances Not Allowed" (Doc ID 1520839.1)

Problem

When trying to Perform transact move order in Inventory, the system gives error

when the item is associated to an LPN.
However, when the LPN is removed, it works fine.
There is enough Onhand Quantity available to transact for that Item/location and LPN.
Auto allocate works fine but you wanted to manually input the destination locations.

Also when you allow system to auto allocate it does it properly.
Only manual allocation fails with negative balances not allowed error.

Steps to Reproduce

Log into Inventory> Transact Move Order> Query the Move Order
Item is with an LPN. Click on View/Update Allocations button
Provide all details required.
Error: Negative Balances is not allowed.
