When trying to attach supporting document to a leave request,

get error

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------
Employee Self Service > Absence management
2. Apply for Leave
3. Enter the leave details and
4. select 'desktop files' against add attachments and Click on Go button in supporting document section to add attachment

get the error
