R12: Update Quantity In Cart: Error Returned From CZ_CF_API.Validate, Validation_status <> 0

On Test instance: 12.1.3 version, Shopping Cart Related

When attempting to update quantity and re-price the cart, the following error occurs.

Error returned from CZ_CF_API.Validate, validation_status <> 0
Error returned from CZ_CF_API.Validate, config_messages: l_html_pieces.COUNT

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as B2B user
2. Add item to shopping cart after configuration
3. Update quantity
4. click on recalculate button
