Symptoms

OTM is not accepting .xlxs extension files when trying to upload using "business process automation" menu in OTM .
it accepts the files with extension XLS and DOC but not XLXS and DOCX.We get the error "GLOGOWNER"."DOCUMENT"."DOCUMENT_MIME_TYPE".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1 - Log onto an OTM system.
2 - Navigate to: Business Process Automation > Document Manager > New > Document detail.
3 - Enter an ID
4 - Click Upload.
5 - Navigate to and selecte the .xlsx file.
6 - Click Upload.
7 - The Mime Type field is autopopulated with:
application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.spreadsheetml.sheet
8 - Click Finished.
