Goal

We have OM Distribution User resp and users normally should be able to update the sales order lines, open configurator for the top level models and also should be able to book the order.
But we need to remove the ability/functionality to create new quotes/new orders from the Order Organizer/Sales Orders form.
How can we do this setup?
