Non-DQM Customer Search on Postal Code in R12.1.3 Does Not Work Like Release 11i (Doc ID 1522858.1)

Non DQM Search on Postal Code is not working in Release12.  Receive the following error:

Please fill in search criteria values in at least one of the following fields: Customer, Registry ID, Account Number,
Account Description, Tax Registration Number, Taxpayer ID, D-U-N-S Number, Contact First Name, Contact Last
Name, Contact Phone Number, Address Line 1. Note that the search criteria values should not begin with a
"%" or "_" for at least one of the listed fields.

Set profile option "HZ: Enable DQM Party Search" to No.
Search on Postal Code field only generates the error.

Check the hz_locations table, there is less than 40 records with that postal code.


Searching by postal_code alone works in Release 11i.

What are the minimum fields needed to search in Release 12 non-DQM search screen?
