Symptoms

When attempting to Book an order, the following error occurs.

Unable to find Bill of Material for in Validation/shipping Organization
This is despite the BOM existing in the item validation Org

Message shortname: OE_BOM_NO_BILL_IN_SHP_ORG
Generic Message Text:
Unable to find Bill of Material for &ITEM in Validation/Shipping Organization &ORG.
The Bill of Material for the item must be set up in the Item Validation Organization parameter or in the Shipping Organization.

Steps
1. Create Order line to ATO
2. Attempt to book order
