Inconsistent behaviour when saving manual journals in XLA as Incomplete (Doc ID 1523055.1)

Inconsistent behaviour when saving a manual journal in Subledger Accounting as 'Incomplete'.

When creating manual journals in Subledger Accounting, there are three possibilities to save a a draft accounted journal as 'Incomplete':

There are 3 options to save the journal an Incomplete:

a) Click on 'Update'-button. On the next page click on 'Save as Incomplete'.
    Result: Journal is still in Draft Mode. It should be incomplete.

b) Click on 'Complete'-button and select 'Save as 'Incomplete' and 'Finish'.
    Result: Journal is still in Draft Mode. It should be incomplete.

c) Click on 'Update'. On the next page, 'Continue' and  select 'Save as Incomplete' and 'Finish'.
    Result: Journal is saved as Incomplete.

Only the option to Save as Incomplete (c) is working properly.
The 2 other options (a and b)  are not working.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Enter a manual journal in XLA. Save as incomplete.
2) Search the journal in the Journal Entries screen.
    Click on 'Update'.
    Result:  The Journal is saved as Incomplete. Click on 'Continue'.
3) Select 'Draft' and click the 'Finish'-button to account in Draft mode.
    Result: The Journal is accounted in Draft mode.
