Symptoms
When reverse a Manual Journal in the Primary Ledger that was entered in period Dec-12 and select reversal period as P13-12, which is an adjustment period, the Journal is correctly reversed in Primary Ledger and Reporting Currency, however the reversal entry in the Secondary ledger is in non adjustment period Dec-12 instead of adjustment period P13-12.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter a regular Manual Journal in the primary ledger in Dec-12.
2. Reverse either by reverse batch or from review journal form.
3. Select reversal period as P13-12.
