On 11.5.10.2 version, Forms for App Technology,
when launching Web Forms,following error occurs:
FRM-40735:ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications.
2. Open any form.
The issue has the following business impact:
Unable to access any form.
