Flex Credit Points in Self Service are Showing Incorrectly on the Summary Page (Doc ID 1524648.1)

Symptoms

The Flex Credits Remaining shows incorrect on the Confirmation page in Self-Service.  It shows a negative balance even though there are remaining points.

For the same person from forms (PUI) > Enrollment Results >  Excess Credits, the calculation is correct.



Example :

After processing the Open life event and accessing Self-Service to update benefits,  enrollments page shows the below values:

    • Flex Credits : 6,324.48
    • Used : 5,259.17

Remaining : 1,065.31 ( which is correct)

 When navigating to the Confirmation page the below incorrect values are shown:

    •  Flex Credits : 6,324.48
    •  Used : 5,259.17
    •  Receive as Cash     : -37.53


By comparing the plans from the form (Enrollment Results > Excess Credits), enroll employee in those plans and come to summary page. 

The correct calculation is happening.  The balance is not shown correctly for first time when we come to summary page.
