Costing Transaction Errors

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Project Misc Issue Transactions are showing PM_Cost_Collected=N

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer expects that the project related transactions will show in Oracle Projects.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Project related miscellaneous issue to project transactions are not in Oracle Projects

2. These transactions show up in the mtl_material_transactions (MMT) table with the column PM_COST_COLLECTED=N
