Symptoms

<Patch:14072961> is not updating all references in Trade Management. The patch is updating OZF_OFFERS table only and not updating the customer information in OZF_SALES_TRANSACTIONS_ALL.

Created an offer with Customer A, when the customer is merged with another customer B, customer Name is not showing in the Offer Page.


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Responsibility: Oracle Trade Management User
  2. Navigation: Trade Planning > Offer
  3. Create Offer
  4. Merge the customer selected in the above offer with another customer
  5. Open the offer
  6. The OZF_OFFERS table is updated but the OZF_SALES_TRANSACTIONS_ALL table is not updated with the customer information

Changes

Applied <PATCH:14072961> NOT UPDATING ALL REFERENCES IN TM MODULE.
