While trying to search an ex-employee in the 'Assignment Process Results' window, it does not return any results even with the current employee flag = 'ALL'.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open 'Assignment Process Results' window
2. Query for ex-employee (eg ee# 644X8)
3. Click on Current Employee "All" checkbox
