Cannot search by Payee name in Add Scheduled Payments page
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login Payables responsibility
2. Navigate to Payments > Entry > Payment Manager
3. Find out one PPR
4. Click button 'Add Scheduled Payments
5. Search by Document Number and Due Day, then one row returned
6. Change to search by Payee, then no row returned
